CRUMBS (2020)
During the pandemic, I knew I wanted to get more acquainted with directing for film. Every week, I posted a prompt on my instagram, collaborated with an artist in Chicago, filmed for a day, and edited for a day for almost two months. Over time, the exercise made me a little better every week. For the most part, I limited myself to a minute and I interviewed the artists about how they’re feeling and asked them to write something poetic. The result: crumbs.
